Information you provide
You choose what to add. This can include task titles, notes, dates, priorities, reminders, conversations, memory, attached images, account details, and an email address for reminders.
Browser storage
You can use the task list without creating an account. In that case, your workspace is saved in the browser you are using and can be removed through that browser’s site-data controls.
AI, reminders, and account services
OpenAI processes the messages, task context, memory, and images you choose to submit to the Secretary. Resend delivers reminder emails you ask tasklist.chat to schedule.
Supabase supports sign-in and account storage when those features are enabled. Vercel hosts tasklist.chat and handles the requests needed to provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the features you request, keep the service working, prevent abuse, and respond to support needs. Your task contents are not used for advertising or third-party analytics.
Retention and control
You can edit or delete workspace items and export a backup. Clearing tasklist.chat’s site data removes the copy held in that browser. Companies that process AI requests, reminders, sign-in, or account storage may keep information under their own retention policies.
