Bring in a small slice of real work
Paste rough notes, attach a screenshot, or preview a Todoist or CSV import. Start with this week. You do not need to move everything or organise the input first.
The Secretary identifies possible tasks and presents them as a proposal. Your existing list is not changed at this stage.
Review before anything changes
Edit, remove, or approve the proposed tasks. Only approved items are added to the task list.
The Secretary can help with the organising, but it never gets the final say.
Ask for a next move
Choose What can I do now? The Secretary recommends a task, gives a task-specific reason, and names the important trade-off.
Push back or act
Use Help me start to turn the recommendation into a concrete first step. If it does not fit, choose Not now or Make it smaller.
Teach a reusable rule
When the exchange reveals something durable about how you work, choose Learn from this. One reusable guideline is saved under Learnings in Memory for relevant future advice.
The Secretary does not silently learn from every chat. You decide which correction should last.
